For Vendors

If you grow, bake or preserve food, we would love to have you participate in the Hatteras Island Farmers’ Market.

If you are interested in becoming a vendor, first read our policy manual (pdf format). Note you must be a member of Coastal Harvesters to sell at our market. If you have not paid your $25 lifetime membership dues, please become a member before proceeding. Vendor fees are $10 per market.

To sign up as a vendor, you may either:

  • Fill out the form below. You will be given an option in the next step to pay with a credit card via PayPal* or send us a check, OR
  • Print out our hard-copy vendor application, fill it out and send it along with your check to to Coastal Harvesters, Inc., P.O. Box 906, Buxton, NC 27920

* Please note you do NOT need to be a member of PayPal to pay with a credit card.

All authorized vendors participating in the Hatteras Island Farmers' Market shall be individually and severally responsible for any loss, bodily or personal injury, deaths, and/or property damage that may occur as result of the vendor’s negligence or that of its servants, agents, and employees. All vendors hereby agree to indemnify and save Coastal Harvesters Inc., its officers and employees harmless from any loss, cost, damages, and other expenses, including attorneys’ fees, suffered or incurred by Coastal Harvesters Inc. by reason of the vendor’s negligence or that of its servants, agents and employees. No insurance is provided by Coastal Harvesters Inc. to participants in the Hatteras Island Farmers' Market. Participating vendors will be expected to purchase their own liability insurance.
